About the course
We train together, we motivate each other, we laugh, we have fun!
Most of the time we use our bodyweight to train. Other equipment like kettle bells, TRX etc. will be bringing by me. All exercises can be done in an easier version.
Get to know your body again. Exercise with a training that perfectly fits your body and get to know other women.
But above all else: do it for yourself, become comfortable with your body and have fun!

22,00 CHF single lesson
Comfortable (sports) clothes adapted to the weather, sports shoes, water bottle.
If possible: take a yoga mat or pad for exercises in the meadow.
Happy, well informed, active and laughing pregnant women and mothers are close to my heart!
